My dear Kevin, we were so young, and yet those days are etched into my heart, as if they happen only yesterday you’re my first kiss my first glimpse of what it felt like to be truly seen. I still remember the way the world seemed quieter to you were near how everything felt lighter and simpler since I moved a part of me has always wondered what could’ve happened when I stayed would we have laughed at the same jokes walk the same streets grow side-by-side. You are far away now and another country, but you remain close in my memories, living in a place untouched by time and sometimes late at night I still miss you more than I can ever explain goodbye.
