the moment dani told me he didnt want us being friends is probably when i lost my mind. he’d question me “why’s it always ari?” but i’d mentioned you like twice ever, and he would tell me about the mean things he was saying to you and i didnt think you were that offended anyways but it just sucked knowing he was trying to hurt you just because we were friends

and because of that the cutoff was kind of intentional. i knew you wouldnt want to talk to me ever again.
but that was better than continuing to hear him say all those things about you
because you were my best friend
and i guess that makes me a loser, we never even hung out outside of school, and even then we barely talked
but you listened even though you didnt like me too much
