I think you’re beautiful. Something about your quiet demeanor, your hushed laughter whenever I crack a joke, and your piercing is all so alluring to me. Yes, your posture is absolutely horrifying, and you constantly swamp yourself with work, and you smoke newports which, quite frankly, I find disgusting, but it all adds on to your charm. All I can do is simply admire from afar… like passing by a stunning house you know you’ll never be able to own, but stop and stare to gawk at nonetheless… or finding a gorgeous shell on the beach, but having no pockets so instead you have to relinquish it back to the sea…. I would always try to hype myself up into talking to you, because you’re one of the few people who make me nervous and overthink everything I say. Your wit and personality are what make you so magnetizing, and I should’ve realized earlier on that I wouldn’t be the only one captivated. I’m sure the girl on the phone is a very lucky one, her voice sounds like home, and you always seem to light up whenever you speak to her… so I just admire from afar. Because I know there is no chance, and I will never be on the receiving end of such enthusiasm. It sucks, but hey that’s life I guess 😅
