By submitting your entry to the Unsent Project, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Publication and Visibility: Your submission will be automatically published in the Unsent Project archive. Any information you provide can be accessed and searched for indefinitely by anyone on the internet. There is no mechanism to delete a submission from the project or the internet. Each individual is limited to one submission every 24 hours, and submissions must be in English. You also consent to abide by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy governing the Unsent Project and its affiliates.
- Content Ownership and Permissions: You affirm that you possess all necessary licenses and permissions required to submit and post the content. By submitting, you assert that you hold the requisite rights, licenses, and permissions for the content. Furthermore, you guarantee that your submission and its content do not and will not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Unsent Project, its affiliates, and personnel from any liabilities, damages, or costs arising from a breach of these assurances or related claims.
- License Grant: Upon submission to the Unsent Project, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right and license to the Unsent Project. This license permits the use, hosting, storage, reproduction, publication, display (publicly or otherwise), performance (publicly or otherwise), distribution, transmission, modification, adaptation, and creation of derivative works from the content.
- Compliance and Prohibited Content: Your submission must not violate any applicable laws and should not include doxing information, personal identifiers, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, or hate speech content. This includes language discriminatory to ethnicity, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or appearance. Absolutely no slurs or derogatory comments of any nature will be tolerated.
- Content Disclaimer: By utilizing the Services, you acknowledge the potential exposure to offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate content. The originator of any content is solely responsible for it. The Unsent Project does not routinely monitor or control posted content and cannot guarantee its accuracy or appropriateness.
